Business Visit Technopreneurship 2020 by FST Undip
In order to improve the business side of the engineering faculty at Diponegoro University Semarang, so FST (Forum Studi Teknik) of Diponegoro University has held a business visit to a startup-based company, in 2020 Decodes Media was chosen to be the destination of this business visit.
SEMARANG – In order to improve the business side of the engineering faculty at Diponegoro University Semarang, so FST (Forum Studi Teknik) of Diponegoro University has held a business visit to a startup-based company, in 2020 Decodes Media was chosen to be the destination of this business visit conducted by the FST of Diponegoro University.
This event is divided into 2 material sessions, the first session is a business material session in the digital and technology era presented by Yohanes Chandra Wijaya as the CEO of Decodes Media, and the second session is to discuss material on technical implementation both in terms of programming and data analysis within the company.
In this business visit event, Decodes Media presented material with the slogan 'Build Your Mentality' which has the meaning to build a better Indonesian young generation to make a great career in digital and technology era, both as entrepreneurs or as professionals who can participate in building the nation with their masterpiece.
In this event, there are several values emphasized by the CEO of Decodes Media, including prioritizing quality over quantity which is one of the recipes for establishing long-term relationships with clients.
"Our integrity and quality that will always be our foundation in building a company until it grows up." said Chandra. On this occasion, Chandra also revealed some research data on why a career in technology is currently quite promising, including because there are currently quite a lot of requests for making websites, applications, and also there is a lot of companies who want to consult in carrying out digital transformation. Therefore, as CEO of Decodes Media who has relationships with several companies, Chandra advises the younger generation to start studying harder outside of campus, either through the developer community, through online academies, or may study with mentors who are known directly.
